Ratings and reviews

Not user friendly for those that do not use technology daily. Fans are forced to buy tickets through app. Could not find confirmation in email of ticket purchase. Contacted GoFan Support for assistance online, provided required info requested only to receive promotional info for GoFan. Once an account is established, there should be an easier way to retrieve tickets through an account. Very frustrating.

I was charged for two tickets to a jr high football game. MY checking account has been debited the 14 dollars for the tickets. I never received a email confirmation. A text confirmation or anything. As soon as I clicked on the purchase tickets it flashed a white screen and then nothing so I went back a page and I had a notification that my bank account was charged for the tickets. I went and checked and I have no tickets anywhere. can't reach a real person only get an ai bot that is no help.

Tried purchasing a ticket for my son's football game. The purchase appeared to have not progressed completely. Made a second attempt. Same thing. Ended up buying a ticket at the gate. At halftime both of my tickets appeared in my email. Tried to get my refund through the app. No help. Had to dispute the purchases through my bank.
