Ratings and reviews

This app with the system it uses sucks. The Happy Techs do not respond quickly. On my old app and system if a resident had an emergency problem or a serious problem I would know about it within minutes and be on my way to resolve the issue. With this app and system it takes at least a minimum of 45 minutes or an hour plus for us to be able to even start a work order or look at it because we are not allowed to because the slow happy tech somewhere in California is dictating what we're doing here.

No longer works. When you tap bubbles they dont change unless you leave the inspection and return. Same for when you take photos. They do not appear until you exit the inspection and re open it. Makes inspections take longer than needed.

I can't even log into this app to do my required work. I've restarted my phone multiple times, deleted the app and reinstalled it, checked for updates multiple times. Thankfully my manager knows of the issue, otherwise this app would've gotten me fired.
