This app is getting worse by the day. I even tried to upgrade to Marco Plus it's just as bad. It freezes the video stops and the audio keeps going, the audio and the video is not in sync, if you try to rewind or fast forward it stops, or it starts back over or just don't work. . I use the Apple lot to communicate with my mom and aunt who live in various states. It was a good way for us to communicate & them to see the grandkids at their activities. Not so much anymore with all the issues.

Don't even bother downloading it if you haven't already. I have used it for years, but first they put everything good behind a pay wall. Then the quality started going downhill BIG time. And now they are quite obviously paying for fake 5 star reviews! The app continually crashes. It will also let me record a long video and then say it didn't record, even though the other person was watching it (it disappears after I stop talking).

I love the concept. The execution needs work. Audio handling is poor generally - the private mode is supposed to transfer audio to the earpiece when you put your phone to your ear, but will blast it at full volume for a second. If you use Android Auto, audio just doesn't work when you're connected. Important features were crippled for free users when they moved to paid, but I can't bring myself to pay for an app which has broken functionality. That said, I still use it, with frustration.
