I love this app so much and have been paying for it since you implemented that. But the app absolutely will not run in the background regardless of which mobile device I'm using. As soon as it starts playing in the background again this will be a five star review. I use this app more than any other. Both Samsung Galaxy 24 and Google Pixel 8 this app won't run in the background. So I'm not able to listen to messages unless the app is open

Why did marco polo install a Bluetooth switch in the apps settings? That seems completely unnecessary in this day and age. People control thier bluetooth through thier phone settings. The update defaulted it as off so when I was on my bluetooth earbuds in other apps, marco played through the phone speakers when I went to play it. That's ridiculous. Let the phone function do it's job. This along with other odd changes to the app keeps making it more undesirable to keep.

I really like this app for keeping up with friends. I have a shared premium account and always loved the features like being able to listen to a polo while doing something else in another application/website. I don't know what happened but a number of months ago this stopped working reliably. Now the only paid feature that works for me is being able to fast forward through a message. I'm not getting rid of the app but I'm very bothered by this. Customer support didn't help.
