New: Coupons
• New "Coupon" menu: see your Active / Used / Expired coupons, with the discount, courses, active days and expiry.
• Redeem a coupon code from the coupon list or the payment screen.
• Pick a coupon when you pay your deposit and see the discounted amount. Works for Normal, Last Minute and Group bookings, and with points.
Also improved
• Unified price breakdown on booking details.
• Rupiah now shows as Rp 1.000.000.
• Fixed translations, calculation and payment screen issues
