About this app

mHPB is a mobile application that offers users:
– Opening a SuperSmart HPB current and/or giro account
– Mobile banking service for individuals and businesses
– Mobile token (mToken) service for individuals and businesses
– Services and tools
– User registration for eGotovina

SUPERSMART HPB ACCOUNT
By opening a SuperSmart HPB account, you get:
– current and/or giro account
– a debit card for a current account and/or giro account
- mHPB

Account opening is carried out online at the client's request. A prerequisite is the download of the mHPB application, within which the process of opening an account is started. The account is opened through a video call through which all necessary information is exchanged between the client and the Bank. After the video conversation, the client accepts all the necessary documentation and activates the mHPB service.

Personal data that you will provide to the Bank by downloading and/or using the application is processed by the Bank for the purpose of realizing the requested service and realizing the contractual relationship. Find out about your rights and the principles of personal data processing available in the Personal Data Protection Policy of Hrvatska poštanska banka, a joint-stock company on the website www.hpb.hr.

Security measures
The mHPB application is safe and easy to use with installed high-security software that provides peace of mind when accessing and working in mBanking and mToken applications. Access is not possible without entering a PIN known only to the user and/or using the selected biometric method. By repeatedly entering the wrong PIN and in case of inactivity, the application is locked for security reasons and requires a new login.

Quite a good app. There should be a possibility to rearrange the sequence of the accounts in the "Accounts" section, and to set one's own default account for transactions. The biggest disadvantage for me is there's no registry where you could save recipient's name and IBAN for future transactions. Edit: did you just make it impossible to take screenshots? Edit2: since couple of days I cannot take screenshots of any screen in the app. Never had issues before.

Poštovani, zahvaljujemo se na Vašem obraćanju jer je svaki prijedlog prilika da poboljšamo kvalitetu naših usluga. Postavljanje glavnog računa za sada je moguće putem internetskog bankarstva, promjena se odrazi i na mHPB. U budućnosti je u planu omogućiti i na mHPB. Slikanje ekrana nije onemogućeno osim na ekranu unosa pina. Srdačan pozdrav

App is unavailable for use too often, reason system upgrade. Application should always be available. Also couple of times it happened that app wasn't usable, if update wasn't performed. These two things are really not acceptable and shows that an app is not good. I have noticed one important bug and in general, app could improve a lot from a functional perspective, it should be a far more practical app to use.

Cannot upgrade, dont have the option to change the daily limit which was there in the previous version. Notifications about changes in the account coming late and are repeated. A lot of improvement is needed.
