Download and try new NLB Klik!

NLB Klik is available to all NLB customers who wish to quickly access and manage their finances, without having to visit any of our branches.

New look, new functionalities, new experience:
- monitor balance, transaction and payment history of your products,
- get an Express loan up to EUR 35,000 in couple of minutes,
- remotely sign documents,
- manage payment cards,
- view and manage products (savings, deposits, and loans),
- manage saved recipients, e-bills and standing orders,
- view and download statements,
- monitor and control spending with personal finance management,
- manage banking channels (web and mobile bank),
- currency exchange.

How to start?
1. Download and install the NLB Klik application.
2. Order activation of application - via video call or at the nearest NLB Branch.
3. Activate OTP generator and log in to NLB Klik.

Ratings and reviews

Utter failure. Missing translations on launch, changed functionality, key features sometimes work, other times not. Banking is something that should be reliable and user friendly, not changed and messed with every couple of months. The fact that the app does not work on older phones is a completely moronic decision. I could go on but I already wasted too much of my time trying to understand NLB and their shenanigans.

Since the update, the app is a complete mess. Nothing is intuitive or straightforward. Some useful banking options have been removed. I don't know who the target audiance is for this app. People that use only want to check balance? And even that is abismal, but that was the case even before the update. Usefulness is non existant and the design is just another "modern" garbage.

Editing my old review, since there is a new app now... Previously was 2 stars due to login problems, now deserves definitely (...) 2 stars! UI changed a lot, not always for the better, but it is mostly ok and I can live with it. What I cannot live with is the fact that my quick payments (hitra plačila) are basically gone. Technically, they are still there, but renamed (!) to the official name of recipient so I have no idea what I am looking at. Dear NLB, leave my (!) "hitra plačila" alone.
