Ratings and reviews

I wish there was a way to rotate photos or add and upload photos from my computer to newsletter modules. The video feature often does not work in the app. When I go to send the video it will just send a message that media cannot be found. This app needs to be rebooted often in order for my class roster to show up. You cannot capture multiple moments at once. This is a one picture at a time and send to families kind of app. I have used other apps and this one is on the bottom of my list.

I'd say more 3.5🌟 but thats not an option. My parent account keeps getting logged out & its very annoying & time consuming since I don't have the password memorized. For my employee account my timecards work about 50% of the time, which is also annoying when I want to see how many hours I have. Decent app, could be better. It would be nice to have a clear all option for parent messages. When you have the day off and you come back sometimes you can have 20 messages and they're not for my class.

My experience with Brightwheel has been, thus far, great. It is simple to use, organized (we use it for a hybrid homeschool) everything has its place from paperwork, school hour log, billing and billing statements etc. also, provides simple communications between us and the school. I really like this app. Im sure it isn't perfect, but so far my experience has went smoothly, without complications. I'd recommend it.
