I haven't had any issues with this app. I get the notifications almost instantly, It has never stalled or crashed; It's super easy to navigate as well. I love that I can view all of the activities from the day; not just the description of what it was, but also a physical picture of the activities & of my child. The message center is pretty reliable, & I always receive a response pretty quickly. I've had this app for almost 4 months & never had an issue. Highly recommend!

I'm so excited our daycare recently started using Brightwheel - it makes everything easier from billing to communicating with the staff. But my favorite part is getting more information about what my kid is doing like food/potty updates, daily photos, and also seeing when they were checked in/out. Although our carers are amazing, the app has made it feel safer and more transparent across the board.

5 minutes in, and littered with bugs. Had to resend 2FA a bunch of times before it came through. Registration forced filling in "Street 2" section. Updating profile info didn't get pulled into any of the registration forms, and the form fields can't be edited. Emailed links send you to the browser instead of the app. Immunization records can't be updated after uploading
