My experience was not good. Our things made it from one side of Korea to the other perfectly fine. But the driver kept trying to change the time (starting the night before pick up). He then charged us KRW 75 000 more than we were quoted on the app (even though we left a table behind that I had listed). I sent an email to find out if this was standard and never heard back. So, the service works and nothing was damaged. But I do not think I will ever use them again.

Dear customer, we apologize for the inconvenience and late reply. As packing is not a basic service (refer to app-info no.3&4), the driver suggested to buy packing boxes for an additional fee as small items were not packed and he proceeded after you agreed. And as you selected card payment option, 10% VAT was charged. Hope you understand, thanks!

Maybe I've just had bad luck. With the last app I had two drivers cancel on me after asking me to pay a higher price than what was listed on the app, then just last week I had a driver change the agreed upon time last minute, so I had to find another. I was able to get a replacement driver almost right away, but he complained the whole time about the move (all the details of which I entered into the app), then tacked on extra fees on top of the help loading/unloading I had already selected.
