Had appointments with SIO and whenever the agent would try to call me through the app no notification was shown of a call and the agent had to call me through their landline to inform me about the appointment and that they had been calling me and I wasn't replying. I also tried to book new appointments and still I keep facing the same issue even though my location service is on every time I use the application.

worst app I have ever seen. when trying to book an appointment it keeps on showing. "sorry, you can book from branches in your country" when I select US then it says " sorry no location available" even when my location is turned on and proper permissions are given and my Google maps shows the correct location. bad experience.
