Wow this app went from not-great to ridiculous overnight! I had saved some settings on the app to temporarily block certain devices. When I tried to unblock them, the app had kicked me out and refusing to let me log bag in or reset password despite multiple attempts. So now I'm unable to get back into the app at all and am stuck with these settings. And their customer service are not helpful at all! Unbelievable!

The app used to be user friendly, but over tue last couple months it has become a pain in the ... It is slow and cumbersome. The app doesn't load right, or it takes forever to load the profiles I have set up. Somethings never even load so that I can make adjustments. An example of this is recently I was try to modify a profile as to time schedules and it won't load it just spins and spins. Such an absolute disappointment!

Umm... Why so many poor reviews? I've been using this app along with the proper modem for 5 months and the app is wonderful!!! You can change the wifi network name and password; manage devices connected to the network; see the history and usage of all devices on the network; notified when a new device joins the network; etc. I have had no issues with this app and it is VERY user friendly on top of all the positives above!
