I gotta be honest. It worked for a bit but, over the last year if it not having connection issues, then it freezes during classes and I have to start over. I don't have the patience for this thing and honestly I should just have taken it back when I first noticed the problems. Good idea, bad product. Customer service is great. However, they can only do so much to help. Can't help with a dysfunctional product.
