1. Crypto.com is licensed by MAS to provide DPT services. Please note that this does not mean you will be able to recover all the money or DPTs you paid to Crypto.com or any other third party, if Crypto.com or the third party’s business fails.

1A. You should be aware that MAS does not supervise or regulate Crypto.com for the provision of unregulated services . This includes any service of trading digital payment token derivatives (i.e. futures).

2. You should not transact in DPT if you are not familiar with the DPT. This includes how the DPT is created, and how the DPT you intend to transact is transferred or held by Crypto.com.

3. You should be aware that the value of DPTs may fluctuate greatly. You should buy DPTs only if you are prepared to accept the risk of losing all of the money you put into such tokens.

4. You should be aware that Crypto.com, as part of its licence to provide DPT services, may offer services related to DPTs which are promoted as having a stable value, commonly known as “stablecoin”.

Ratings and reviews

Horrible customer service if you have any issues. You can only reach them through chat and have to wait for a response. When I purchase crypto, it never seems to match the actual market rates. Also, when selling, they never match either. Way too many fees. I've never dealt with a customer service department that does not care about a customer whom they are making a lot of money off. They like to hold deposits from processing so that it locks up your account and you cannot do any cash out.

Update: 6/25/26 The market had a huge drop so when I tried to make a purchase, they froze all transactions. Could not buy the dip. Update: 4/6/2024 I reached out to them through chat and received no help. App still crashing. CANNOT sell/buy. Thieves. Liars. Period. Coins are priced higher than anywhere else and they charge the most to buy/sell Update: 4/5/2024 I opened my app and it made me update it. Now it keeps CRASHING! CANNOT BUY OR SELL.

I changed from 5 stars to -0. as soon as I can access my account again. I'm withdrawing and closing my account! error messages and account lockout is what I have been dealing with for the past 2 weeks. All I keep getting is customer service people, who I cannot understand, and getting looped around! I have tried reaching out with chat and phone. I'm still locked out.
