Awful app lacking entirely in user friendliness. Getting your money out is intentionally designed to be as hard as possible and they have no intentions of fixing any of their issues any time soon. None of their prices are ever accurate. 2 years later, same thing, intentionally designed to be as hard to use as possible lacking in even the most basic of user friendly mechanics.

Junk app. Stopped again! Stopped working again! Fix this: while in 'your account' if you click on "crypto wallet" it opens up a list of coins you own. If you click on the dollar amount just to the right of the word 'wallet' you see every coin. Why is this still happening? I'm in my account, I should only ever see what I own. There are two other areas to look for coins one doesn't own. And yes, I've told customer support some time ago .... Hopefully one day, they will fix this error.

Everything is fine and dandy until you try to close your account, and the only way to do so is essentially by sending an email to their unresponsive support. Tried two times to close the card portion without any response, so now I'm trying to close the whole account. No automated way to do so like everyone else. Not cool. Their in-app chat is garbage. And, for the record, the account is at $0 so there shouldn't be an issue. Update: And, despite their reassurance below, still no response!
