Myaza is unreliable and unsafe for transactions I have had a very bad experience using Myaza. I made a deposit and attempted to use the funds, but the transaction has been pending for days without any resolution. I also tried withdrawing the money and it still has not reflected in my account. Their customer support is very slow and unresponsive, even after multiple attempts to reach them. This delay has caused serious inconvenience and made it impossible for me to carry out important transaction

I joined myAza September 2025, activation and verification was smooth, support service was great, they respond and fix any issue within minutes and that continued until February 2026, their support no longer reply messages, as at the time of writing this msg 29/04/2026, I have lost $84 to myAza which they have refuse to refund, I tried to Fund my card from my wallet balance and I was debited without my card credited, messaging support for 3 weeks now without response.
