Not the best power app I have used. For some reason they have decided to use the calendar month instead of the billing month which makes no sense when apps like this are meant to give you an overview of your usage. daily usage is very slow to be updated. with smart meters these days it should be fairly automatic and the dollar per kw has never worked for me. shocked to say it but go take a lot at 2degs power app.

When it works, it's great, easy to navigate or pay a bill. The problem is that the majority of the time, it fails launch, freezes/hangs and is unusable. Have given this app many chances and check back every now and then. Until it works more than 1 of 20 times, it's un-installed. Cant recommend, just rely on my email and direct payment.

The app has been working poorly for the past couple of months. Signing in was problematic. I had to close down and open up the app several times for that. Updating my payment data was taking a while sometimes. The new update completely screwed up the app. It won't let you sign in with your credentials. Email that is needed to reset the password is taking ages. This just makes me dislike Contact Energy even more.
