Bought this for my baby's first year of life. 1st the music started skipping after being added. Then the music worked but any voice that was in the videos was not sinking correctly with each video. I reached out to support they kept asking me if I had the correct version of the app. (I did) Upon further research, the issue is all over the internet and reddit. I paid for the premium version. What a disappointment , waste of time and money. Thoroughly disappointed. You should be ashamed.

I really like this app and I've been using it since Dec 2021. There are two things that get on my nerves. The first is that to back up more than 365 snippets you have to pay $50/year. The second is that while the app gives you the option to upload pictures in place of video in the mash up, they get a little wonky. Other than that, I really like this app! I changed phones while using it and it was relatively easy to switch over

So so frustrated that the old version is no longer available, and all my content on it from the past 3 months is just gone without warning. There should have been communication to your users to save the work thus far, or a way to transfer the work over. Doubt I will start over again, and definitely not paying for the 1.5 second option which I used on all my clips last year. My video last year was amazing, so so sad to not have one this year.
