I have been trying to contact PONY customer service regarding an issue with a €30 charge for an alleged parking violation, but for the past 10 days, the service always shows “Try later” and I have been unable to reach anyone. I simply want PONY to review the case and check their system again. It is very frustrating to be charged for something that did not happen and then be unable to contact customer service to resolve the issue.

Terrible experience, the app would not open to allow me to disconnect and turn off the bike... so I rode for 15 minutes and was charged for over an hour. I couldn't get it to end the ride, so I called and the customer service agent was not able to help.

I had a problem with a Pony bike (15km of declared battery range but I had no battery after ~2km) and I have to manually pedal my bike until getting close to my destination. I opened a complaint. No answer, no refund, nothing. Bad experience with their service support.
