If you're like me, you're terrible with names. You meet someone, and by the next day their name is gone. Later you scroll your contacts, see a name, and have no idea who it was. Or you remember exactly where and when you met someone, but cannot find them, even scrolling an endless list.

Quis fixes that. You find people by the things you actually recall: where you met, and when. Quis is the personal CRM built around the things you do remember, and the best part is that all of it stays on your phone.

WHERE & WHEN
Every contact keeps the place and the moment you met. Quis fills it in automatically when you add someone, and you can always set or change it yourself. Turn on background sync and it even works for contacts you add outside of Quis.

MAP VIEW
See your whole network on a map. Find people by where you met them, by their home address, or by the city and country inferred from their phone number, so you can see who you already know in a city before you travel there.

CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER
Your most recent connections rise to the top, the way memory works. When the name will not come to you, scroll back to the trip or the week it happened, and the person is right there.

CARD SCANNER
Snap a business card and it becomes a saved contact in about 1.5 seconds. The scanner reads the name, company, phone numbers, emails, address, social handles and notes with 99% accuracy, even on busy, multilingual cards.

INSIGHTS
Quis shows you patterns you would never catch scrolling a list: the companies and cities that run through your network, how your networking changes from month to month, upcoming birthdays, and the people still missing a photo or a note. It is all computed on your device and never leaves it.

SEARCH & FILTER
Find anyone by anything you remember: a name, a company, a place, a note, or a number. Search is forgiving and typo-tolerant, so close enough still finds them. You can also filter to find the contacts missing a phone, an email, or a photo.

SYNC & BACKUP
Sync both ways with your phone's contacts, automatically. Quis works with the contacts you already have, no migration needed. Export and import vCards to back up your data or move everything to a new phone.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your contacts live on your device, not on our servers. No account, no sign-up, no ads, no trackers, and we never sell your data. The only thing that ever leaves your phone is a business-card photo you choose to scan, and even that is read once and never stored.

Quis (pronounced "kwiss") is Latin for "who": a little more context for the humans behind your contacts.

The update fixed the issue of not importing contacts for me and the app "kinda" works now. The "chronological then heuristic" option works but is not 100% accurate and the "chronological then alphabetical" option doesn't seem to change anything that I can tell. (Everything is still in alphabetical order.) Fortunately the heuristic option is good enough for me considering that there is no other app that can do this!

Great app but PLEASE let me go back to the old UI which was so much simpler, elegant, and easy to navigate. this new UI is awful compared

Other contact apps are so far away from this level of quality. Just the best.
