The message portion does not spell check, do predictive text, or expand the typing screen as I fill the space. Not user friendly at all. I hate having to log in every time I go away from the screen and come back. Also, they have no web based portal, so long messages have to be typed on the phone. Update as of 7/31 (3 months later): my review is still accurate, no change. Very frustrating.

Thanks for your feedback. The typing limitations are a temporary fix due to an external bug from Samsung that causes freezing, which we are waiting on them to fix. We are working on a web portal coming soon, but in the meantime, Salve is also available on tablets and Mac computers with an M1/M2 chip. For support, please email hello@salveapp.co.uk

The app is pretty terrible. I suppose the login session losses, the confusing UI, the unsupported document formats and the unresponsive sign up process can be fixed eventually. But a more fundamental flaw is that the clinic is forcing us to use a messaging app that only works on business hours, only can be written in a touchscreen and makes you read long, complex documents about your health in a tiny mobile screen. It really makes you appreciate the wonders of email!

We’ll also then be able to pass on to your clinic the feedback re: messaging & doc formatting as it's their configuration.

Can't even get past the text verification and there's no way to bypass this or verify another way via telephone. If it's this bad trying to get in the app itself, gods help me if I ever get in the app.
