Super annoying app, would much rather communicate by email with my doctor than by this app. Have to resign into the app continually. I don't store records on my phone so it is silly to request I upload records from my phone to the app. Impossible to read long documents, and extremely difficult to find the correct document in the app. It's really frustrating that the clinic wants all documentation uploaded through the app. I am considering switching clinics just so I do not have to use this app.

This app is terrible. One of most poorly designed healthcare app I've ever used. Appointment information isn't all in one place you have to go hunt and peck (links to join aren't with the appointment but in messages). They have no billing integration and the billing statements are NOT compliant with HSA needs. The red dot only shows for certain new things but not all. Such a painful app, if you can avoid or advocate for you company to not use it, please do! You're doing us all a disservice!

The message portion does not spell check, do predictive text, or expand the typing screen as I fill the space. Not user friendly at all. I hate having to log in every time I go away from the screen and come back. Also, they have no web based portal, so long messages have to be typed on the phone. Update as of 7/31 (3 months later): my review is still accurate, no change. Very frustrating.
