Great disappointment. Do you even have customer service ? I got a damaged piece .. You people have arranged a pick up with delhivery limited for the past three days I am waiting for the pick.. Does this Delhivery people even exist!? they are not picking up the call and at the end of each day , they report saying " Couldn't reach the customer" And ADORE guys .. how am I suppose to contact you? ..

Their products are very nice and the quality is really good. Very affordable and they also have a wide range of products as well. However I'm giving 3 stars because the customer service is a bit rude. I had only asked for suggestions from their products and enquired about something to which their response was hostile and not very polite. Even after I mentioned about it, the tone was still off. I won't be shopping anymore from them.

It does not save the wish listed items or items added in cart, once we uninstall & reinstall the app, all the saved products are gone. Pls correct this feature in your app. People will want to keep adding to cart as & when they like & purchase it later on. Love your products but the app feature needs to be rectified, twice I lost the items I had wishlisted.
