Navigating with the downloaded app is clunky. The website is MUCH easier, but there's no discount of not using the app. Putting things in the cart to save for later as well as previously viewed are constantly emptying. Contacting support about that was fruitless too. "Just try again" is not an acceptable response. That clearing happened at least 5x before I reached out. Pretty sure that constitutes "just try again"

I've been using this app to purchase my nails for several months; the app works great. I don't think I'll ever go to a salon again for nails; the quality of these is fantastic! The glue is the best there is; after applying, I get at least 2 WEEKS of wear! I wash my hands constantly, do dishes, swim, everything you normally do without worry about losing a nail. They have a massive selection to choose from, & you really can't beat the price. The ONLY problem I have is choosing which to buy!

The app is terrible. I keep receiving notifications of sales but when I open the app there is nothing there. It always looks exactly the same. I have to go the browser to see sales codes and new items. The browser site has been updated and is easy to use but the app looks just as it did the first time I installed it. It is useless. Really love the products though
