I'd love to say how great the product is but I can't. Why not? Because my first order still hasn't been delivered. According to the "Track Shipment" feature, my order is still in Chicago (where it's been since January 9th). I contacted their customer service and didn't get a response. I emailed them again and they gave me an "updated" tracking number (it was the same as the original) and a screen shot of the fact that my order was last tracked in Chicago on January 9. It's almost February!!

The app is terrible. I keep receiving notifications of sales but when I open the app there is nothing there. It always looks exactly the same. I have to go the browser to see sales codes and new items. The browser site has been updated and is easy to use but the app looks just as it did the first time I installed it. It is useless. Really love the products though

I was super excited for my first order to arrive, but when it did, 10 of the 24 nails would only fit my thumb! Instead of getting 2 sets, I only have one! The designs are super cool, and the stuff included in the kit is awesome, but because they are so big, I will never order again! It cost me $27 for nails, glue, remover, and Shipping!
