Apploye is a cloud-based SAAS (Software as a service) tool that is employed for promoting a productive workforce. It mainly focuses on time tracking, monitoring and scheduling.

Working Procedure


➢ Download the app. Install it on your device. Sign in with your email or username and password.


➢ To get the username and password, you have to register at https://apploye.com


➢ After signing in, select a project or a task. Then tap the Start button beside the project or task.


➢ When finish your working hours, tap the Stop button.


➢ If you have completed your task, tap the Finish button

Once you activate Apploye, it will track your time spent until you stop it. It is more like a stopwatch. It does not only count the time but also make a summary of the time spent on a daily and weekly basis. The overview of time usage comes up in the dashboard and timesheet.

● Employee Monitoring


Apploye monitors every member registered of your organization. It will help you to trace the employees how they spend their working hours. Not only that, it rates the activity level of an employee. So, you can realize which employee is more productive.


     ✔︎ Screenshots- Apploye takes random screenshots of the monitor of the user at a 10 minutes interval.


     ✔︎ App Tracking- It tracks the applications in the desktop and laptop computer which are used throughout the activated period of Apploye.


     ✔︎ URL Tracking- Apploye also tracks the URLs visited during working hour.


     ✔︎ GPS Location Tracking- It allows GPS location tracking to track the outdoor employee to ensure their attendance and real-time destination.


    ✔︎ Reports- It is a sharp representation of the employee activity. It appears in two forms, graphical and tabular.


● Scheduling


You can assign the projects and tasks to the employee. Also, you can assign shifts. If one is absent, you can transfer the shift.


● Project Budgeting


Apploye serves you with tracking the expenses and billings of your project. It also notifies if the expenses cross the limit.


● Payroll & Invoices


You can create your invoices with the tracked timesheets and share the reports with your clients. It will minimize your time waste and increase your efficiency.
