Amazing car sharing experience..! All car owners should start using this and do their bit towards the environment...! Great option for riders. Update 22/11/2019 : The rider/driver profile interchange bugs are back.. If I send a request to go as a rider with someone while I'm set as a driver in the settings, the app doesn't use my available rider vouchers.. It worked fine a while ago but is no longer the case..

The Sride app is a great initiative that helps people share rides and make travel more convenient and affordable. However, I feel the monthly subscription model is a little expensive, especially for users who travel only once or twice a month. For occasional travellers, paying a fixed monthly fee may not feel worthwhile, which can discourage them from using the app regularly. It would be better if Sride introduced a ride-based payment option, where users can pay per ride.

I subscribed to the monthly plan to find rides from my location to the office, but I was unable to find suitable rides and used the service only twice. Despite multiple emails requesting cancellation, the subscription amount continues to be auto-debited. I have not received any response from the support team. As I am not using the app, I request you to cancel the subscription immediately and resolve this issue at the earliest.
