Making it 3 Star as got response from customer service. Still option to cancel subscription from app is difficult. Rest remains the same. You need to pay first then see if anyone accepts the ride. I used it for one month and unfortunately could not find a single ride as a rider so money wasted. Also it auto deducts money from account without even notifying that you are doing monthly subscription. Be very careful the app is designed to take your money.

fake app. just to attract subscription multiple ride options are visible when you send request for ride 100% time ride is getting cancelled. same users multiple price options available but most of the time ride is unavailable. very pathetic app only time wasting in selecting ride..also even after subscription they dont provide information to confirm the ride...I suggest do not subscribe for this app email was also shared yesterday with the issue i am facing but there is no revert. fraud app

it just recommends you the rider with your location. but there is no call option you can only chat with them. and in chat they never replies. so its totally waste of time and money. i even tried to get refund from them through mail many times but they always replied with other information. It is like they can't see the word refund on my mail..such wasteful app. edit- i have tried to contact you guys multiple times via email but no response. Never going recommend this app to anyone.
