Amazing car sharing experience..! All car owners should start using this and do their bit towards the environment...! Great option for riders. Update 22/11/2019 : The rider/driver profile interchange bugs are back.. If I send a request to go as a rider with someone while I'm set as a driver in the settings, the app doesn't use my available rider vouchers.. It worked fine a while ago but is no longer the case..

I subscribed to the monthly plan to find rides from my location to the office, but I was unable to find suitable rides and used the service only twice. Despite multiple emails requesting cancellation, the subscription amount continues to be auto-debited. I have not received any response from the support team. As I am not using the app, I request you to cancel the subscription immediately and resolve this issue at the earliest.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience using sRide. First, they force you into taking a paid membership just to use the basic features. Relying on their promises of convenient carpooling, I paid for the membership. However, it turned out to be a complete scam of a service. To make matters worse, when I realized the membership was useless and reached out to their support team via email requesting a refund, they didn't even respond properly.
