HOW THE SUBSCRIPTION WORKS:

Pay $30, $50, $100 or $250 per month, which will accumulate until your account reaches the price of your Acre Gold Bar. We'll ship you the Gold bar every time your account hits the price threshold (less our shipping and fulfillment fee) and credit any remainder to your next Gold bar. There's a one-time upfront membership fee of $12. Passive savings into a safe asset.

The indefinite 2-month shipping delay caused by Acre Gold's third party's gold bar redesign just may cause me to cancel my account. The longer I don't have what I instantly provided the cash for, the more frustrated I become. When it comes to money, you can never be too frugal. I would rather buy from a dealer that ships now, not in 2 months.

Horribly overpriced! I consider it price gouging. This could have been both a well intended and profitable company if they were more transparent with their fees charged. A person is much better off going to a precious metals dealer, directly to get a much better price, not too much over the Spot price, and, get your investment right away..... I'm sorry that I had to give them One Star!!! Never again! Especially, if you sign up for monthly payments to buy desired metal. They took advantage of me.

app doesn't functionally do anything. can't see account info, can process or edit payments or addresses, overall disorganized and useless. this rating is about the app not the service. very happy with the gold and customer service and business overall. also there isn't a way to see how much is invested vs cost of gold, so you know when to expect the next shipment
