Unable to order more than 1 of an item due to the clunky app design. You have to order different sizes if you want the same product which is pretty annoying.

Echt shop being online it's difficult to determine your size, for example you buy tour jogger jumper a medium is very,very big for me but when I purchase the review joggers Medium size for me is perfect! same goes for shorts and leggings, normally a M (10) but with Echt is too small for me. The disadvantage is that to return or to exchange sizes you are charged postage which somethings isn't worth it. At least you should be allowed one free returns/exchange especially if your 1st time buyer.

Love this brand but hate this App! It just stops working randomly and sometimes just wont even open. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled so many times now. Mega frustrating. As I say great company but pants app!
