Now I can give 5 stars for a good android app. Was frustrating not being able to download the app on Android, but now you've amended that it's great to be able to participate in the price drops that aren't there on the website. That seems a little unfair, especially as there was no app for Android at the time, and sale products were dearer on the website than on the app.

Don't order their products through the tik tok shop. if something goes wrong they don't want to know or care. As long as they've got your money.

I love PLouise products (as a 33 year old woman). The packaging is fun/youthful but the actual quality of the makeup and skincare products I've tried are brilliant. The app is a bit slow in the basket area but that's my only recommendation for improvement. The app does a TikTok price match which is fantastic, too. I highly recommend - this brand is for everyone, not just the younger ones!
