Ratings and reviews

App works well for placing orders. Routinely I can't see my placed orders without logging out and back in, which is just plain annoying (like it just cycles through my account screen when I click on orders). The new ad that is showing up on each order screen is beyond annoying and makes it really hard to scroll and see shipping information. I don't need ads for other companies when checking on what I have already purchased.

Something happened with the last update where I started having problems logging in or clicking on any of the links. I posted here about it and within a day it was working. That was at least a week ago, and now today it's behaving oddly again. Really wish this could be fixed and stay fixed! Love the product, but the app is buggy for Androids.

All the payment options available online (ex: Afterpay) aren't available on the app. So if you're VIP & have early access on the app, you can't use Afterpay at checkout. Which means you may lose out on what you want because you have to wait till the item is released publicly to purchase. Also when clicking on notifications, it doesn't go to the item I was notified about.
