placed an order 1/12/25. to date, this order is still unfulfilled. many attempts to contact via email and text since nothing g happens when contact customer service button gets clicked. Very unsatisfied customer if you'd call me that. first order I've ever placed with the company, most definitely the last. no contact from the company whatsoever besides texts and emails trying to entice me to the same deal I've paid for that I've only got confirmation from my bank that a transact was even made

I ordered tumblers over a month ago and still haven't received them. When I try and click on the chat with us option in the app, it just takes me to a blank screen.

I love EVERYTHING I've purchased from Piper Lou! My husband has told me I can't buy anymore. lol! I have an extra rack in another room to fit my tshirts (mostly Piper Lou) because my closet is full. The shirts and hoodies are incredibly soft and nicely weighted especially for people with sensory issues like me. I'll order more!!
