I absolutely love Zox products to wear/collect and to give as gifts. But when it comes to trying to find, then use my rewards points, it is almost impossible via browser or the app. When I do manage to find the "my rewards" section, all it does is show me my points total, not how to redeem them or collect any redeemed reward codes. 5 stars for the products but 1 star for the inane and broken navigation and interaction with rewards via browser and the app

I open the app and get a pop up telling me to use the app (wth?). I've placed orders, had them canceled due to lack of stock, yet the item remains available for me to order. I can't favorite zox bands because the save button doesn't work. The last time I ordered I had to do it from the website, which didn't even have the same bands available, because the submit payment button didn't work either. The ZOTD game button never brings me to messenger like it is supposed to and the search is useless.

I love these products, but the app has many problems. The search shows no results no matter what I put in. The ZotD link opens a seperate page with a button to click, but it never opens up in Messenger no matter how many times i click. You can't customize notifications recieved. There's no place to view your wishlists from the website. If you delete the app and reinstall, your favorites get erased.
