I have tried to log in for hours. The app won't recognize my email as valid, I've reset the password 5 times. How is someone supposed to use the app if they can't even see their account and orders?

Products are great and customer service is good once you get a hold of them. Be persistent... Leave your message and they will rectify your problem. I think they have a problem getting people to work like everyone else does. Really good products. Like the company.
