The app is not the best. They were adding and removing tabs for a while, so now you can't see certain tabs and can't click a tab directly. If you want dresses, you have to click on outerwear. Also, the app seems to have less items/options than the website. Which is weird, because the app is supposed to offer app exclusive items. So you would think that it would have more

I've been waiting for their crochet top to come back in stock in my size, when it did and I got the alert; I didn't wait & got it. I never received it though it said it was delivered. When I reached out to customer service they said I would need to file a claim and almost immediately they resent the top before it sold out AGAIN. Thank you thank you thank you. I got it and it is such a beautiful color and I can't wait to wear it

Can't understand why the app feels the need to play videos with music without the option of silencing the audio???? Like, I listen to YouTube videos in the background on my phone while browsing and I don't like how the videos within the app overrides what Im listening to on another app. Also, the app needs to show other color options available when looking at a particular item and then suggest other items rather than showing what I've previously looked at, which is not helpful.
