After being a first time customer trying out the Conscious items app, I'd say I'm more than impressed. 1. The items they sell are in large variety. 2. I ordered an item called Dragon's Hoard ring & it shattered while I was clapping which was very odd, but their support is AMAZING because I immediately sent them photos of what happened & they instantly helped by either giving me the choice of replacing the item or credit & I chose replacement. Thank you so much Conscious items!

I would not purchase anything from this company. Their product is faulty. It is made cheaply. It doesn't last that long, and it falls apart very easily for the price that they charge. And the company can not be trusted. I'm still waiting for a refund. They say they issued me back in May? My recommendation is to find another
