I would not recommend buying from Dress Barn online. I ordered a dress for a gift and they sent me wrong size. As per their return policy customer has to pay for return shipping and will only get store credit. The item was delivered back to them last weekend. I have still haven't got the refund or any information on when it will be available. Their support is also not helpful.

Please bring back a dressbarn store in Belair, MD. It was my favor ite store for buying dresses for my sisters and me. I could always find the right size and fit in the store. Now that everything is on line, I realized that the jump suit which I purchased on line almost a year ago is too big and the seat is too long. It is going to cost me too much to have it altered. Feeling sad.😐I need to have it altered free by dressbarn.
