The supplements are phenomenal. The customer service, amazing. Using the website for subscription orders, trash. My orders never show up in my account so I've had issues making changes without calling each time. my points have not been added to my account. The website logs me out every time I try to add anything to my cart. When I receive my order, I'm more relieved than anything that it showed up. I thank the customer service people for being so professional and helpful considering the glitches

I feel so fortunate for Mary Ruth products. I have favorite supplements & am a returning buyer. The only issue is that some sales & special deals are confusing to attach to the final checkout portion. Mary Ruth employees have always made everything right when I have made contact, which I sincerely respect & appreciate. Customer service means more to me than actual products. So thank you for being diligent in correcting and/or simply helping me out. I still continue to find ordering confusing.

It went kinda crazy.I tried to buy 2 different vitamins and ended up with 2 of the same ones in my cart.Then when I thought I had 1 of each I put in my order but it turned to not be what I thought.So now I have 2 of the same vitamins...I know it was also my fault for not checking correctly.But please do try and fix this bug cause I spent quite a bit of time trying to put both vitamins in my cart and it did not work.
