my very first order: the delivery date keeps changing, until 2 weeks later I recieved an email saying the order was cancelled. what a waste of time. I reached out to their support and heard nothing ever since. the app itself is a catastrophy, everything that is a "link" (opening a webpage) never works on the app, if you click on it, it flashes then stays the same afterwards. Some specific campaign even bugs so hard that you have to go to the mobile web version to be able to see the merchandise

I have it since 4 years already, but the last year has been a nightmare to enter the app. It either never renders, closes by it self, never translates, never downloads, its lagging, it starts in spanish, and suddenly in french, but then again in spanish, logs me off and the I'm logged in again... not easy to use...It has a LOT of problems. It's like you need to build another one from scratch! At the end, I always end up closing it and not buying.

The app bugs constantly and the customer service team is polite but unhelpful (from minor issues like promo codes not applying, to accepting a return request for an erroneous order received). Stick to their competitors instead.
