I placed an order and got everything but 1 pair of black straight jeans. I contacted the company after realizing it wasn't going to come and was already marked as delivered. no one would respond to my messages. Extremely poor customer service. I had $54 in credit that was removed from my account after I stopped paying for the Insider membership. Very poor experience for seemingly name-brand prices. No consideration for customers. App is extremely glitchy.

The app appears to work okay, though why they give you an option to filter search results but actually have filters available for some products available rather weird. But the advertising is... odd. They claim "fair price" or "low price" very prominently (though y'all should choose one and stick with it) and I guess that's true for sale items. But the regular price for a basic t-shirt is $24.95, and calling that low is patently absurd.

UI sucks n filters dont work. The customer service app also has bad UI. The cheapest shipping price is $8.26 (tax included). I sent a shirt back for store credit. The shirt cost $30 + $8.26 shipping. I got $27 back and had to pay $12 (discount + shipping and tax) for another shirt. If you want a True Classic T, buy it from somewhere else. The website and app just complicates things. I got a pop up to download the app, while I was using the app.
