Worked great for a while, and I used the app frequently to order merchandise. My rating is 1 star for what I'm experiencing now. The app just literally stopped working, and nothing happens when I click on it. I keep getting a message that says, "Check your internet connection." (nothing wrong with my Internet connection). I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times, and nothing changes. Sorry, Radio Shack, but I've uninstalled it for the last time.

If I hadn't read the most recent reviews, I'd be complaining to my internet provider, but I checked and all my other apps are working. On my Android phone, this app goes as far as the opening page and then gives "Check your internet connection" message.

I have landed and unloaded this ap 3 times. Each time I use the Icon it reads "Check Your Internet Connection". There is nothing wrong with my IC. I can use any 9nline service except thus one. Used to spend a lot of time and money in the brick and mortar store in Dayton Ohio. I am disheartened by this lack of access.
