Just placed my first order. First, it was great to see a wide variety of packages to choose from, making starter packs a great way to get introduced to a men's skin care system. I have used other skin care systems and products where it was impossible to buy individual items only packs. TH not only had the packs but had all the individual items available and in stock, unlike other many other companies. So far... great service, great website. Now, I am waiting on products, more to come...

The app blows fat chunks. It will not give me access to upcoming orders, there is no subscription tab. Can't update an existing subscription. Can't find anything except receipts for old purchases. All order modifications have to be done through an arduous SMS game of tag. Multiple messages and minutes of my life to modify individual items. I have paused my subscription and will be making no further purchases until the app is sorted out. Just put it back to where it was.

One of the worst e-commerce apps ever. Almost zero functionality. You can't even get many of their products to load into the cart. What a waste of time! It's a shame because really like their products. Save yourself the frustration and just order from the website!
