Since I install new updates and new UI, the response of the app is very slow and unbearable. Sometimes, I cannot read the full page of Display Cover content. I already pay for subscribtion, but the experience that I have like a free reader. The previous version of the app was much better and plausible.

Kenapa buka beritanya di browser? Padahal klik notifikasi dari aplikasinya. It's just weird you can't even redirect notification from your app to your own app. Your in-app experience is not bad, but the above problem is really silly. I should relogin in the browser, because my subscription logged in in the app.

Love the investigation and I support them wholeheartedly, however the website and app is just cooked. The website has lots of ads and often does not work, even though I have subscribed to them. The ratio and placement of features (keyboard, search, menu, etc) is too high/low and makes it unaccessible in my device (Google Pixel 8 Pro). Once again I support their journalism, but the experience is just so bad. I will gladly change the rating once the issues are fixed. :)
