I'm on the fence about this app. I really like the deep work space, but I don't like that the app cannot operate in the background. So if you are using clarify and need to use your internet on your phone or another app, clarify closes and so does your deep work space and the ambiance etc. No planner, organizer, or routine included in this app (false advertisement). Not worth the subscription really when it doesn't do what they claim it does.

Not what I signed up for. Free trial turns into, can you pay us for this. Then asks for payment for what it suggested you were getting a free trial of, but now it's an add on. As something that was supposed to be helpful for ADHD, app has way too much going on. Feels like some of it could be useful to someone, so not 1 starred. But a lot of it felt poor.

I've been paying for a Premium Membership, but I can't seem to find any buttons for settings, profile, email or contact in the app or on the websites. All my saved lists and journeys have disappeared and I can't even sign in or reinstall them. This happened after the latest update in February 2026. I've really liked this app until now, but if no one contacts to help me, I'll cancel my membership since it's about to renew.
