Please remove mid-habit notification sounds Edit: Thank you for the response, I've messed around with the settings quite a bit, turning off all the sound settings except for the ones under alarm settings, but I still get sounds from the app in the middle of habits. Just a personal preference but I would enjoy the option to only have a sound play at the very end of a habit, rather than half-way or 2 minutes before it finishes. These sounds can be distracting for certain activities, particularly meditation or any activity that is about focusing intensely and avoiding distractions.
I was in love with this app !!!! until fabulous sphere appeared this is terrible ... everything is locked and I can't open it without joining fabulous sphere ... I can't believe and this bothered me so much cause I don't even have a credit card !!!!! I told all my friends to join fabulous but they also noticed that asking for joining fabulous sphere is tooo much ...I hope you fix this .

Hi, friend! You can edit all the sound options by opening your Fabulous app, then tap on the three horizontal bars in the top left corner of your screen, then tap "Settings". Its a nice idea and looks beautiful but the idea that I would need an app to tell me to drink water is laughable. Seems like you need premium to unlock any of the other journeys.

I wake up every morning motivated because now I have a plan. It's difficult to start each day not knowing how you're gonna do it. Being able to see what my day is like without even getting out of bed motivates me to get moving even more. I love the schedule it has me follow, how it encourages you to start small and build on your routine. I already have a routine in place with Fabulous' help and now I can't deviate from it. I feel so happy now. Who doesn't want to wake up happy?
I downloaded this app a couple of years ago. It helped me transition into a college routine. I don't know why I uninstalled it. It's helping me again as I join the workforce. It's colorful and calming. It's easy to navigate and you learn how to use it quickly. I just wish it had a night mode, mostly. It would also be cool if you could choose different music/sounds to play while you do your routine. The music they have isn't bad my any means, but I might like reading a book or writing in my journal to the sound of a thunderstorm. The premium membership is pretty cheap, but you don't actually need to subscribe for this awesome app to be effective. The membership is mostly access to cosmetic things, not functions like other apps do. So it's really user friendly.
Amazing app. So glad the developers came up with this. It has already helped me to create a more positive routine and rituals, and am feeling more motivated (only just started yesterday, 05/10/17). Very highly recommend this app to everyone... not just for people who need some help, or direction, motivation, etc. It is an excellent tool to help better yourself and your life. This has got to be my favorite app of ALL TIME. So amazed by the quality and depth of the "rituals" and really the whole thing. Thank you Duke University, and thank you to all the people who helped create this amazing app. I know my life will get better now, and I'm just so thankful this app is out there. Love it. Instantly helps to build good habits and explains why. It's very motivational and super easy to get started and, more importantly, to keep improving. One of the nicest looking and most user friendly apps out there. I'm just not a big fan of the name of the app lol. "fabulous" just doesn't gel with what I want but that's just me. Everything else if really really good.
Life can go bye so fast. This is an upliftinging reminder. Without nagging ads and ⏰... It is consistent encouragement. Teaching how to make simple changes daily for the better you. Most of all, when life knocks me down and I sadly ignored all effort... this app told me "it's okay. You got off track but it is never too late to begin fresh! 🌞
I'm on step 3 and like the program for 2 reasons (so far). First it has positive research behind it, and second, it does motivate me to develop lasting habits. I rated this a 4 because there's so much more to go. I'll update this after a month in.
Love this app, I've suffered from chronic pain for a long time and was finding it hard to do even the most simple tasks like brush my hair, eat breakfast, drink water, remember to take meds at the correct times. This app is a fun way of keeping track of everything and gives me more motivation. Thanks a million! I love all the tips and positive reinforcement! 😊 Keep up the great work! Awesome, useful, intelligent and informative. This app doesn't treat you like an idiot but it does guide you properly. It freely gives you information you would otherwise have to look up yourself and is quite accommodating yet appropriately ridged. It will work. I've tried many things but this works indefinitely. Just let yourself give it a shot.
I think its a great app for a lazy person like me.. i am not always as lazy as i was ...but due to lack of interest,enthusiasm i turned into that.. this app quite pursue me to complete the task or habit that i started.. i liked it ... i hope it keeps helping me.. And i think if it introduce a progress track feature with it broadly then it will encourage me more to be consistent i guess... anyways thanks for the hard work.
I just started using the app a few days ago. Drinking water in the morning works - having a great breakfast won't! I wake up at 3:45 a.m., if I have enough time I'll eat a slice of bread, my next meal will be at some point between 8 and 11 a.m. at work. I think the idea is good, but it's really difficult for people who don't work 9-5 and who have to be flexible.

Hey, Stelli! We'd recommend counting your first meal of the day (which should be eaten within the first hour of waking up) as your breakfast, no matter how large or small of a meal it is. I love this app! I love the reminder to drink a glass of water as I'm not a water person at all. The meditation option is great and so are all the other options on the menu to a fabulous life. I have a 6 month old baby boy who keeps me very busy and these chapters are wonderful for an on-the-go lifestyle. I haven't even tried the premium version yet and this app has already amazed me in so many ways. Well done!!!!
This app is, to put it bluntly, fabulous😂 It helps me be so much more prepared, abd just makes me so happy just for doing simple tasks like drinking water. I do wish, however that there were more things you could do without paying money. Overall, though, its a great app!
Love this app. One thing I would change - you can't do backup. As I'm logged with Google account, I thought it means I won't lose anything, when I'll do actualisation. I know it works when you're doing new actualisation, but I had to reinstall all the system and I'm turning on my phone and omg, where's my Fabulous progress? :c I think I can do backup in the "Sphere", do I?

Thanks for being such a great member of the Fabulous community. It's nice to have positive reinforcement. And it does seem to be working. I have a hard time developing habits. I don't know why, but it's like I have an anti addiction gene. This app however gives gentle reminders and it's taken longer than 1 week but I'm making progress on the drinking water habbit.
I have only had it for a few days,it works. I need to loose 110 lbs and I have already lost 11 lbs. I'm also happy that I was able to do this without paying for it. If I had to I wouldn't be able to. So it makes me feel like I have the tool that could actually succeed in losing the weight after 2 back surgeries. Thank you and God Bless the people who are responsible for this.
Simple reminders and gentle psychology based approaches to move you in the right direction. Needs to allow you to uncheck something when you accidentally mark it done... This is especially important for medication reminders. Would also be very helpful to have a "Why?" come up when you skip a part or all of your routine. Illness, surgery, injury, etc... Would help give an extra nudge on "I don't feel like it" days, but allow valid reasons to not bring about guilt-inducing constant reminders.

We've planned for a "pause" function in the future for when you're sick, on vacation, and etc. Actually doing the things will unlock other features, even for the free version that I've been trying out the last few weeks. Very high quality guided meditation surprised me. The entire interface has to be one of the smoothest and most cohesive app designs I've ever experienced, of any type/purpose. The benefits of upgrading to the Sphere will become apparent after you get used to the basic version.
It truly are the small things and habits that can determine the outcome of a whole day. This app has frequent, yet not annoying reminders to make sure you don't forget the goals you have set for yourself. Very inspiring, positive and interactive user surface with the option to really study up on how and why certain habits influence your mental and physical health.
Good but restrictive for me as I already practice the first 3 habits. Water, breakfast, exercise. I'm at day 10 and have yet to include new habits. This is excellent for people with no formed "good" habits, whom just made a personal commitment to be a better version of themselves. Thanks for the great app.
Baby steps, doesn't let me be overly ambitious. Just the right amount. And I love the educational aspect. The main issue is that it's not adaptable and doesn't fit my lifestyle very well. Sometimes my morning have to start obscenely early for work, sometimes I am a guest with someone, sometimes the only time my bf can skype is latelate, and I cannot afford to go buy all of the things it wants me to purchase. The limited flexibility has made it hard to use.
I'm enjoying the application and it is helping me form better habits, however the popups and reminders to upgrade to the paid version of the service even after upgrading, which is quite annoying. Typically paying for a service reduces ads and reminders to upgrade, this app seems to only increase the number of reminders to pay up. The focus on money really breaks up the overall positive experience provided by the app.
