Simple reminders and gentle psychology based approaches to move you in the right direction. Needs to allow you to uncheck something when you accidentally mark it done... This is especially important for medication reminders. Would also be very helpful to have a "Why?" come up when you skip a part or all of your routine. Illness, surgery, injury, etc... Would help give an extra nudge on "I don't feel like it" days, but allow valid reasons to not bring about guilt-inducing constant reminders.
It's nice to have positive reinforcement. And it does seem to be working. I have a hard time developing habits. I don't know why, but it's like I have an anti addiction gene. This app however gives gentle reminders and it's taken longer than 1 week but I'm making progress on the drinking water habbit.
Good but restrictive for me as I already practice the first 3 habits. Water, breakfast, exercise. I'm at day 10 and have yet to include new habits. This is excellent for people with no formed "good" habits, whom just made a personal commitment to be a better version of themselves. Thanks for the great app.
Through away your ego and adperations of being perfect. This app helps break down the facade and shows the real you. With simple steps of behavior changes that may seem to simple. But from my experience this app is helping me to get back and improve my health.
Extremely helpful. I have been in a rut for 8 years since I had a disabling injury, and haven't figured out how to get out of it on my own. I FINALLY have HOPE again! And I can finally visualize a successful future in all areas of my life, thanks to Fabulous!
I've tried many different "self-help" apps in the past with the aim of introducing more exercise, healthy habits, positive thinking... Etc. into my lifestyle and every single app has failed to succeed in helping me achieve this. I had resigned myself to the fact that was as a result of my failure to commit, but, The Fabulous app has shown that I was wrong. With this app I have already started making positive changes that I am 100% committed to. The constant positive reinforcement means that on the occasions I don't hit a target, instead of feeling defeated, I feel encouraged and motivated to try again. This app is more than a habit tracker, it's a personal coach. I can't rave about how much I'm benefitting from this app. As someone with ADHD I've been finding it especially beneficial and helpful too. I've never paid for a subscription to anything before I've signed up for the monthly plan and am actually going to switch to the yearly plan today to further my commitment. I love this app so much!!
