the 1.5% cash back is a scam. you never get the full cashback. the customer care email is dysfunctional. when you send a mail, they say to message via the in-app messaging. when we send a message via the app, the reply is : "We are closing this ticket since no response has been received. If you encounter any additional issues, don't hesitate to contact us by initiating a new interaction. Have a great day ahead and take care. Regards, Team Tide"

Misleading offer and poor customer support. I was explicitly told by customer care that transferring ₹2 lakh including charges would qualify for ₹3,500 cashback. After completing the transaction, they changed the condition and denied cashback saying transfer charges are excluded, which was never communicated earlier. Feels like false promise to attract customers. Very disappointing experience. Last time they asked to remove the review till they get the solution but again they are denying.
