If you have any issues with the lid - the customer service is excellent. I have never received this level of customer service from anyone else. Initially I had issues with the lid, they shipped me a new one, and a t-shirt!
Two steps forward, three steps back. Update 1.0.8 everything finally worked for me until the app made me update the cap today. Nothing works now :(
The connection is very shaky. Drops connection regularly, won't find the cap in a search sometimes, or if it finds the cap, it won't connect. Any other bluetooth device kicks it out. My car kicks it off, my fitbit Blaze kicks it off. When it is connected, it works well enough.
The app functions well, but not completely accurate. The Trago system looks to be good for habit forming but not much use in the long run. Every time I fill it up I have to remove the cap as you would drink and put it back and even then usually the first drink is usually incorrect. It seems to have a built in memory for storing drinks when you are away from your phone but it is not consistent at all. In the three days ive used it since getting my replacement cap (original was defective from factory) it has been one to two whole bottles off as I don't always have my phone with me around the house or exercising.
I have been using the bottle for a week. I have had no issues so far.
Super Glitchy Won't stay connected to the Trago bottle cap, and won't allow me to go "back" when I try to access settings, etc. Have to completely close the app to get back to the main screen. Won't sync with the cap half the time.
