Ratings and reviews

Why can't I just fill the price I want to buy and the app will automatically calculate the number of shares instead of forcing me to input the amount of share. This is not good at all for buying fractional shares as you're forced to iterate. Edit: This feature existed before now, you guys did a needless update for an obvious reason that will end up affecting your customer; thus, you. Also, your dividend details don't work, API problem I think.

First off, your customer service is terrible, they don't reply at crucial times, and the main issue at hand that brought me here is that, I suddenly can't see my Lafarge or HBMNG stocks among my portfolios when I didn't sell it, so where did it go, I initially thought it was some kind of glitch, but it's been days and my the stock is no where to be found. I just can't wait to sell off all my stocks and ditch this frustrating app for good, it's been one problem to another with this terrible app.

I'm taking back my 5 stars till this is fixed. Trove used to be my go-to platform for straightforward and seamless investments. Now it's a shadow of what it used to be. I've been getting "Service unavailable" errors everytime I try to perform any action for days now. I logged in today to be a prompted to resubmit my banking details, I did that and yet again couldn't save it cause same error keeps popping up: "Service unavailable". The customer service is also unresponsive. Please resolve asap.
